Returns & Exchanges Policy
At The Ivory Room, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and intention by our designers. Please read the below policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Gowns (Online Orders)
All gowns purchased through our website are made to order and the following exchanges/returns conditions apply -
+ Split size gowns: are made to order to your custom split sizing, and therefore are unable to be exchanged, returned or refunded
+ Standard (straight) size gowns: are unable to be returned for a refund however may be eligible for a store credit or exchange if returned in perfect (free of fragrance, makeup or any marks), unworn, and resellable condition.
Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your gown and shipped back at the customers expense. The gown is the customers responsibility until received back to The Ivory Room boutique, and as such we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Ivory Room is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Once received, gowns will be assessed within 3-5 business days. If approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note, any gowns that have been altered, worn, or are not in original condition will not be accepted.
