Ella II | Plain Tulle Drop Veil

The lead time for our wedding veils varies from 2-6 weeks.  Domestic delivery is 2-5 business days from date of collection for which tracking will be provided for you. 

Therefore, we normally reccomend ordering your veil 6-8 weeks from your required delivery date. 

If you require your veil within a shorter timeline, please get in touch so that we can confirm whether we can coordinate a rush order.

We can arrange custom lengths for almost any veil. Get in touch with our wonderful team to discuss further and place your order.

Do not iron your veil. The tulle will burn easily as it is made of 100% nylon. Ironing the veil may cause irreparable damage.

Wrinkles can be removed carefully with steam from an iron or steamer; however you should avoid moisture coming into contact with the metal comb as it may rust and stain the tulle.The best and safest way to unwrinkle your veil is to hang it up right away so that it hangs freely without touching the floor. Once the wrinkles are removed, it is best to hang your veil up on a hanger until your wedding day. You may also want to keep it in a plastic dry cleaning bag to help keep it clean and wrinkle free.

All veils & accessories are made to order and therefore we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind or incorrect order on your behalf.

Should the incorrect item be sent to you by The Ivory Room, a refund or exhange is available. All items must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all tags and packaging.
