Chiffon Neck Scarf

The lead time for our neck scarf is 4 months.  Domestic delivery is 2-5 business days from date of collection for which tracking will be provided for you. 

Therefore, we normally recommend ordering your accessories a minimum of 5 months from your required delivery date. 

If you require your scarf within a shorter timeline, please get in touch so that we can confirm whether we can coordinate a rush order. Rush fees may apply.

All scarves are made to order and therefore we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind or incorrect order on your behalf.

Should the incorrect item be sent to you by The Ivory Room, a refund or exhange is available. All items must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all tags and packaging.
